At EarwaxDoc®, we work around you and your requirements. To make a booking complete the form and select submit, and we endeavor to get back to you within 2 hours of submission.

We are open 7 days a week Monday – Saturday 8:00 – 21:30 & Sundays from 8:00 – 20:00 in the evening. Strictly by appointment only we can usually accommodate same day bookings please contact the clinic first to check availability.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3

1 – Complete the form or call us to discuss your ear wax problem feel free to use WhatsApp at any time and you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity

2 – It is advised to utilise ear wax softening solution a couple of days (not always required) before attending your microsuction procedure.

3 – During your procedure, our clinician will firstly take a look inside your ear canal using the wireless iClearscope video oto-endoscope – giving you the opportunity to view the inside of your ear before and after the procedure has been completed. You will be told on the best method depending on your situation i.e. microsuction or irrigation. If any other problems are found, we provide advice on how to manage it. A referral will be sent to your GP where required.

We treat all age groups and all situations to safely remove ear wax and provide expert advice and aftercare. We routinely remove ear wax where unsuccessful attempts have been made at other organisation’s so do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns

Costs & Charges

*Prior to your appointment- it is important to use wax softening drops a few days before the procedure (although not always required) to ensure ear wax responds to microsuction and reduces the likelihood of a follow-up appointment. We do not charge for any follow up appointments (exclusions apply for certain accompanying ear conditions and complications)

**We do offer Ear wax removal Home visits across West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire for individuals unable to attend our clinic including all care homes- please speak to us for more details. We bring our professional clinic to the comfort of your home. We carry out home visits daily seven days a week
